✅ Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase/delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Balloons

  • Tableware (cups, plates, straws, cutlery, napkins) once opened

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or sale items

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lots4Kids will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives with missing, damaged, or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll sort it out right away.
